Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant built environment discipline.
• Consultancy project management experience.
• Experience managing project risk and client relationships.
• Strong budgeting, financial management and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects through all stages to agreed cost, programme and quality targets.
• Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and manage client relationships to support repeat business.
• Contribute to proposals and wider business development initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, financial performance and multidisciplinary coordination.
