Job summary

TOMRA UK is scaling its operations to support the rollout of the Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) in October 2027. As a Project Manager you will lead the end-to-end delivery of physical projects, ensuring installations across the UK are executed safely, on time and at scale.

You will work with internal teams, customers and partners to manage plans, resources and risks, driving high-quality outcomes and visible, real-world project delivery in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project delivery experience, including physical installations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with structured delivery.
• Flexible, ownership-minded and able to navigate a dynamic environment.
• Clear communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of physical projects across the UK.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines and KPIs.
• Ensure installations are safe, efficient and scalable.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor project reporting and risk management.
