Job summary

TOMRA is hiring a Project Manager in the UK to lead end-to-end delivery of physical projects, including the rollout of reverse vending machines across multiple locations. This hands-on role requires coordinating internal teams, customers and partners to ensure safe, on-time installations at scale.

You will manage project plans, dependencies and risks, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and adherence to KPIs, SLAs and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing physical projects (installations/infrastructure)
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Planning and organisational skills to deliver work in a structured way
• Able to navigate a dynamic environment and own tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of operational projects from planning through execution, ensuring safe, efficient and scalable installations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (logistics, service, operations) to deliver projects.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources and dependencies.
• Oversee project reporting, documentation and progress tracking.
• Ensure delivery aligns with KPIs, SLAs and health & safety standards
