Job summary

NFU Mutual is hiring a Project Manager in Stratford-upon-Avon with hybrid working (80% home, 20% in-office). You will lead projects through the full lifecycle, manage governance and stakeholders, and ensure delivery on time, cost and quality targets within Customer Service.

The role requires strong change-management and communication skills, with PRINCE2 Practitioner or a relevant degree preferred. A supportive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects to time, cost and quality criteria.
• Experience leading and managing a project team.
• Experience building effective stakeholder relationships and influencing others.
• Solid knowledge of project management best practice, including planning, monitoring and control techniques.
• A project management qualification, with PRINCE2 Practitioner preferred, or a relevant degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional projects from definition through to successful delivery.
• Shape project teams, governance and stakeholder relationships across Customer Service.
• Plan, coordinate and lead activity from inception into delivery.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, risks and issues and communicate key messages.
• Contribute to consistent project management standards and best practice.
