Job summary

NFU Mutual is seeking a permanent Commercial Propositions Manager to shape propositions, products and services for our commercial non-farm business. You will lead strategic work, translate customer insights into improvements, and manage a small team across the Stratford-upon-Avon region.

The role sits in the Customer Services division with a strong focus on growth and market relevance. The role offers hybrid working (80% home, 20% office) and visibility across the business to drive long-term

Qualifications

Proven experience of developing and implementing commercial insurance propositions or products for business customers.
Strong knowledge of the commercial insurance market and the needs of business customers across sectors.
Experience using customer, market and competitor insight to identify opportunities and deliver commercial results.
Experience developing proposition plans and delivering improvements across multiple workstreams.
Experience in sales development or underwriting is desirable.

Shape propositions, products and services to meet evolving business customer needs.
Lead strategic proposition development across commercial non-farm focus sectors and manage a small team.
Translate customer and market insight into practical improvements and commercial outcomes.
