Zusammenfassung

Tecna UK is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our Farnborough headquarters. You’ll work with Technical Designers and Operations to deliver stunning exhibition displays, coordinating materials, procurement, labour and logistics to meet client timelines.

The role is full-time and permanent with hybrid remote work, starting immediately. You’ll need strong organisation, supplier liaison skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience using Monday.com or similar work-management platforms.
• Basic 3D CAD skills; SketchUp training available.
• Experience in client-management.
• Ability to problem-solve, work under pressure and use initiative.
• High attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player.
• Exhibition industry experience preferred, training provided.

Aufgaben

• Work with Technical Designers to ensure all drawings, pick-lists, and cut-files are produced on-time.
• Liaise with suppliers and procurement to order framework, graphics and amenities cost-effectively.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure displays are pre-built, installed and dismantled to spec.
• Gather information and input into CRM systems.
• Attend site visits to oversee project delivery and handovers with clients.
• Monitor profit margins and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure clients have a smooth, enjoyable experience with Tecna.
