Job summary

GES is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Manager to join our Show Ready team based at the NEC near Birmingham. You will own allocated shows, manage fulfilment of sales orders, coordinate stock and graphics production, and liaise with internal teams and end clients.

This role supports the sales team, plans installations and breakdowns, coordinates with suppliers and on-site teams across the UK and Europe, and seeks cost-saving opportunities while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with modular stand systems (beMatrix, Tecna)
• Experience managing shows from order to delivery
• Hybrid working and UK/EU coordination

Responsibilities

• Interpret orders and input details into Clarity MIS.
• Share artwork specifications with end clients and manage changes.
• Create and maintain Show Ready tracker for allocated shows.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for platforms, AV, and custom-built elements.
• Plan installation and breakdown with wider Operations teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities across labour, logistics and site management.
• Oversee subcontractors on-site across the UK and Europe.
• Ensure build, graphics, carpet, electrics, AV and furniture are delivered to a high standard.
• Support sales team in handover of completed stands on site.
