Job summary

Access Displays Ltd is seeking an experienced exhibition stand Project Manager to oversee delivery from design through on-site erection. You will manage a portfolio of clients, coordinate sourcing and purchasing of stand components, and liaise with venues to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires strong communication, a good grasp of budgets, and a track record of onsite client management. The position is based in Swindon with hybrid working as needed and a salary of £32,000 per

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' project management experience in exhibition stands.
• Experience managing clients onsite at venues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Commercially aware with emphasis on profit margins.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of exhibition clients through the delivery process.
• Source components during initial design/quotation stages.
• Purchase equipment and coordinate deliveries for each stand.
• Order onsite services (electric, rigging) and liaise with venues.
• Complete RAMS and related paperwork where required.
• Coordinate with design, production and third parties to meet deadlines.
• Charge for additional exhibition stand work or onsite extras.
• Maintain accurate files and records for future reference.
• Oversee profit and loss for each exhibition stand project.
• Handover completed projects onsite ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Description

• Reporting to our Delivery Team Manager, you will be responsible for supporting your own portfolio of Exhibition clients through the delivery process.
• Work alongside our Exhibition stand sales directors during the initial design and quotation stage by helping to source components included in the exhibition stand design.
• Purchasing equipment required for each exhibition stand project and coordinating deliveries.
• Ordering onsite exhibition stand services such as electrics and rigging and liaising with venues and exhibition organisers.
• Completing RAMS and other paperwork where necessary.
• Liaising with exhibition stand design and production and other external parties to ensure quality and deadlines are achieved.
• Responsible for charging any additional exhibition stand work or onsite extras.
• Maintaining accurate files and records for future reference.
• Responsible for the profit and loss of each exhibition stand project.
• Handover exhibition stand projects onsite ensuring customers are happy.

The ideal Candidate

You MUST have experience of project managing exhibition stands.

Experience of managing clients onsite at exhibition venues

A good communicator with exceptional customer service skills

Commercially aware and an understanding of profit margins.
