Job summary

VodafoneThree in Glasgow is seeking a Project Manager in the Customer Delivery function to lead the successful delivery of complex, client-facing projects from initiation through to completion. You will define scope, manage budgets, control risk, and ensure robust governance with stakeholders to meet objectives and timelines.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a hybrid work pattern, requiring 2–3 office days per week.

Qualifications

• Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent
• Significant proven PM experience managing large and complex client-facing projects
• Self-motivated with good organisational, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Excellent communication skills translating technical detail to on-site clients and multi-disciplinary teams
• Commercially astute with ability to interpret contractual detail
• Experience managing on-site customer delivery, technical workshops and deployment activities
• Agile Management experience

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope and budgets, control risk and ensure governance
• Develop and maintain detailed project and resource plans, secure stakeholder approval, drive milestones
• Identify, assess and manage risks/issues; maintain Risk and Issue Register
• Adhere to Vodafone Project Delivery Framework and establish appropriate governance
• Manage project finances, track costs and control variations via change control
• Ensure Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) codes reflect project structure and communicate to stakeholders
• Oversee project billing milestones using reporting tools, monitor cost ownership, margin and TCV
