Job summary

VodafoneThree UK Hub is seeking a PMO professional to lead project governance within Network Development and Infrastructure. You will oversee complex UK Networks projects, partnering with internal teams and suppliers to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery and desired outcomes.

You will drive risk management, define roles, and ensure smooth handover to operations, with ongoing governance and reporting to stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong governance and control mechanisms to ensure outcomes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Ability to define scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Proven track record in risk and issue management.
• Line management or team leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects under Network Development and Infrastructure.
• Maintain governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Document outputs and hand over to operations with knowledge transfer.
• Manage risk mitigation and issue resolution throughout the project.
• Define Roles & Responsibilities and monitor delivery scope.
• Communicate progress and benefits to governance bodies.
• Manage direct and 3rd party supplier teams and perform reviews.
