Job summary

Virgin Media is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives across Agile and Waterfall environments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, risks, and governance, and report progress to senior stakeholders in a hybrid setting.

In this role, you will drive delivery roadmaps, support Scrum ceremonies where needed, and ensure projects transition smoothly to operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar delivery-focused role with successful tech/business transformations.
• Strong understanding of full project lifecycle including discovery, planning, delivery, implementation, and closure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects across Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Manage project budgets and forecast delivery within funding approvals.
• Act as Scrum Master when required and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Define scope, objectives, and success measures with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain delivery roadmaps, RAID logs, dashboards, and schedules.
• Collaborate with PMO and delivery teams to manage risks, resources, and governance.
• Provide proactive communication to stakeholders and ensure smooth project handover to operations.
