Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited is seeking a Project Engineer to lead cross‑functional engineering projects from concept through to installation and completion. This role offers hybrid working, a diverse portfolio of industrial projects, and the opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver value safely, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience delivering engineering/technical projects.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects through all phases from planning to completion.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors and clients.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical challenges.
• Support procurement activities and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
