Job summary

Bridges Electrical Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex engineering projects. You will oversee planning, execution and completion, guiding multidisciplinary teams, clients and stakeholders to meet time, budget and quality targets.

The role requires onsite presence with hybrid working from our Midsomer Norton office, plus willingness to travel to sites and client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven project management in industrial M&E/MEICA environments.
• Experience in water industry projects (water/wastewater) preferred.
• Strong planning, monitoring, and control skills.
• Familiarity with NEC contracts.
• Knowledge of health & safety legislation and procedures.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex engineering projects.
• Plan, execute and close projects to time, budget and quality.
• Manage staff and subcontractors; ensure RAMS and safety compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and monthly expenditure reporting.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and environment impact.
