Hunter Selection Ltd is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join a growing engineering organisation delivering innovative technical solutions across multiple sectors.

You will manage projects from concept through to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. A proactive, results-driven mindset and full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Experience delivering engineering or technical projects.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through all phases from planning to completion.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors and clients.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and resolve technical challenges.
• Support procurement and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join a growing engineering organisation delivering innovative technical solutions across a variety of industrial sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys managing projects from concept through to completion, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects through all phases, from planning and design to installation and completion.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical challenges.
• Support procurement activities and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across the business.

About You

• A degree or equivalent qualification in an Engineering discipline.
• Previous experience delivering engineering or technical projects.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
