The role is hybrid, combining remote work with in-person collaboration in London and Ascot, with opportunities to travel to client sites across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects and programmes.
• Take ownership of delivering high-quality work on time.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics and materials for programmes.
• Administer assessments and certification programmes.
• Ensure participants have a best-in-class learning experience.
• Support subcontractor coordination, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Work with consultants and moderators to set teams up for success.
• Collect and analyze feedback to identify trends for clients.
• Contribute to process improvements and AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop skills in project delivery, consulting, and customer experience.
