Job summary

Marshall Land Systems, based in Cambridge, seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to support the PMO and programme governance. You will coordinate activities, manage action trackers, and assist in delivering engineering projects with cross-functional teams across planning, procurement and finance.

You will work in a hybrid setup 3–4 days a week and gain hands-on exposure to ERP systems, budgeting and project controls in a complex manufacturing environment. BPSS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project coordinator, business/executive assistant, or related roles within engineering contexts.
• Strong ability to plan, control and deliver work packages in a project setting.
• Experience with budgeting and delivering measurable results.
• Familiarity with configuration management, change management or risk management advantageous.
• Experience with ERP, Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate in the delivery activities and governance processes across the programme team.
• Assist and coordinate in the delivery and acceptance of finished products, supported by the cross-functional programme team.
• Support governance processes with planning and controls, including baseline and performance measures.
• Coordinate development trials, test assets, equipment and personnel with project and engineering management.
• Own project administration artefacts, such as action trackers and delivery databases, and assist in project financial data.
• Raising non-system purchase requisitions for long lead items and subcontract services.
• Support the programme communication plan execution, including team communications and collateral.
