Marshall Land Systems, based in Cambridge, seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to support the PMO and programme governance. You will coordinate activities, manage action trackers, and assist in delivering engineering projects with cross-functional teams across planning, procurement and finance.
You will work in a hybrid setup 3–4 days a week and gain hands-on exposure to ERP systems, budgeting and project controls in a complex manufacturing environment. BPSS clearance is required.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be a key member of the Programme Management Office (PMO), supporting the coordination and delivery of activities across the programme team.
Working within a matrix organisation, you will collaborate with colleagues across engineering, procurement, supply chain, production, finance and project management to help ensure projects are effectively coordinated and delivered.
This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure to the full project lifecycle within a complex engineering and manufacturing environment.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of project coordination activities, work with a wide range of stakeholders and develop your project management capability while contributing directly to successful programme delivery.
Hybrid role, Cambridge based 3-4 days a week
Successful candidate will need to complete a successful BPSS check
