Job summary

Leonardo is seeking a Project Controls Manager to drive planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across high-value defence programmes. You will work with Project Managers, engineers, and customers to ensure delivery against cost, schedule and contractual commitments, with flexible and hybrid working options.

This role involves developing high-level schedules, cost forecasts, and integrated controls, while enabling informed decision-making and proactive risk management across the project

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls, planning and programme controls within a complex delivery environment.
• Proven ability to develop and manage integrated schedules, resource plans and forecasting.
• Experience producing KPI reporting and senior stakeholder status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project controls across planning, scheduling, cost management, resource forecasting and performance reporting.
• Create and maintain integrated project schedules that show programme performance and risks.
• Develop resource-loaded plans and time-phased cost forecasts to support decision-making.
• Monitor progress against milestones, budgets and resource plans.
• Produce KPI reports and performance dashboards to support recovery and corrective actions.
• Review project trends, risks, opportunities and delivery performance with programme teams.
• Support budget reviews, baseline management and governance frameworks.
