Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across major programmes. You will develop integrated schedules, cost forecasts, and risk management activities, working with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to drive delivery performance.

The role offers hybrid working with opportunity to influence decisions from bid through to delivery and ensure projects meet challenging cost, schedule, and contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls, scheduling, and cost management within complex delivery environments.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain integrated project schedules and forecasting.
• Experience producing KPI reporting and senior stakeholder status updates.
• Knowledge of WBS, baseline management, and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with aerospace, defence, or regulated industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project controls across planning, scheduling, cost management, resource forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Create high-level schedules and budgets aligned to contractual milestones.
• Support risk identification, assessment, and recovery planning with project/risk managers.
• Produce KPI reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against milestones, budgets, and resource plans; support corrective actions.
