Job summary

Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent in MEICA/process engineering or related field
• Experience in project engineering, applications engineering or project management
• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations or tenders for engineering equipment/products/projects
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, define project scope, develop engineering solutions and cost estimates
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and develop suitable solutions
• Take ownership of projects from enquiry through to order, execution, commissioning and handover
• Produce and review engineering drawings, calculations and documentation
• Coordinate project delivery across engineering, procurement, manufacture, installation and commissioning
• Monitor costs, changes, and commercial risks to protect margins
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to meet project needs
• Contribute to HAZOPs, risk assessments and health and safety requirements
• Drive continuous improvement across EfW and odour control technologies
