Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is looking for an experienced engineer to provide technical advice and manage projects in waste treatment. The role involves collaborating both with internal teams and external clients to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in engineering, strong knowledge of waste processes, and the ability to mentor junior engineers. The role supports a hybrid working model with a range of employee benefits, including health and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified engineer with broad technical capabilities in process, mechanical, electrical or other engineering fields.
• Willingness to travel for the delivery of projects.
• Remains up to date with waste industry developments, trends, legislation and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide technical advice related to waste treatment processes.
• Manage projects and liaise with clients in the UK and internationally.
• Produce feasibility studies and technical due diligence assessments.
