Job summary

Assystem is a leading global nuclear engineering firm. This role focuses on document control, governance and stakeholder engagement within complex infrastructure projects in the UK.

Hybrid working from home/client site in Helensburgh and requires UK security clearance (sole national). Umbrella contractor or staff role. You will manage SharePoint/Teams, coordinate meetings, produce papers, and support dashboards with a proactive, organized, collaborative approach.

• Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with document control, governance and SharePoint/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Document Control – Manage Programme Euston document flow and maintain SharePoint & Teams.
• Communication – Own the team mailbox, coordinate information and ensure stakeholders receive timely updates.
• Governance – Coordinate meetings, prepare papers, record RoADs and track actions through to completion.
• Reporting – Support trackers, dashboards, briefings, process maps and organisational charts.
• Stakeholder Management – Build effective relationships across Client Projects and Industry Partners, representing your team at meetings and working groups.
