Job summary

Assystem, a leading nuclear engineering firm, is seeking a Project Support Officer to join the Delivery Team within the Client organisation. The role focuses on governance, administration and supporting the delivery of infrastructure projects on-site.

The postholder will organise governance meetings, maintain project plans and trackers, monitor risks, and engage with stakeholders to achieve project outcomes. SC clearance is required; umbrella contractor role; three days per week on site.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office 365 and collaboration tools.
• Strong administration and governance capabilities.
• Effective stakeholder management across levels.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Organised and able to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery and align with strategic objectives.
• Organise governance meetings, agendas, minutes, and track actions.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, reports, governance documents.
• Monitor project risks and issues, supporting resolution with stakeholders.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support project outcomes.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly managed.
