Lloyds Banking Group are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Power Platform and Robotics capability across Bristol or London. The role shapes the strategy, roadmap and delivery of secure, value-led automation aligned to our technology strategy.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team across Power Platform and Blue Prism, driving scalable automation and collaborating with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable value for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading technology, automation or digital delivery teams in a complex enterprise or regulated environment.
• Strong Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Power Apps and Power Automate, with a track record of delivering low-code, workflow automation.
• Strong practical understanding of RPA and digital workforce operations, ideally using Blue Prism, including development standards and production support.
• Proven ability to turn business strategy into prioritised roadmaps, solution options and clear business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, roadmap and operating model for Power Platform and Robotics, aligning investment to outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary team across Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Blue Prism.
• Own the automation portfolio with governance across risk, security and resilience.
• Oversee end-to-end automation lifecycle from discovery to live service and improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology leaders to translate requirements into options.
