Southern Water is seeking a Programme Coordinator to join our Falmer/Durrington hybrid team. This full-time role offers 37 hours per week, with a salary up to £35,000 based on skills and experience.

You’ll support the Water and Wastewater Asset Strategy and Planning teams, assisting delivery against regulatory commitments while gaining exposure to senior leadership. Ideal candidates are analytical, highly organised and proficient in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and regulatory commitments and track progress across key projects, ensuring clear ownership and on-time delivery.
• Provide senior stakeholders with visibility over milestones, risks and blockers.
