Southern Water in Falmer/Durrington (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex water and wastewater capital projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams from initial planning through to completion, ensuring delivery within time, cost and quality constraints.

The role involves coordinating estimates, schedules, procurement, and construction with a focus on effective risk management and stakeholder alignment across the AMP cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects, ideally within utilities, water, or construction.
• Strategic thinker who can unite multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders around clear goals.
• Experience in risk forecasting and balancing time, cost and quality.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end project leadership—planning through execution and completion.
• Align estimating, scheduling, procurement, design and construction for smooth progress.
• Drive efficiency, collaboration and quick resolution of challenges to keep the programme on track.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners with clear communication and shared goals.
• Report on progress, forecasting and risk to inform decisions and reduce exposure.
• Support strategic programme clarity alongside the Senior Project Manager.
