The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is seeking a Programme Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support for postgraduate degree programmes within the School of Public Policy. The role offers hybrid working in London and a fixed-term contract until October 2027 with a London allowance.

You will manage course administration, respond to student and applicant enquiries, and contribute to the student lifecycle from induction to graduation.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and customer service (student-facing) in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative support to staff and students on postgraduate degree programmes.
• Act as focal point for student and applicant enquiries, course administration, and coordination of assessments and examinations.
• Edit online learning resources and coordinate programme logistics and events from induction to graduation.
• Collaborate with academic and professional services staff to enhance the programme and student experience.
