Job summary

easyJet holidays is seeking a Production Planner in Luton to coordinate daily maintenance work within our Part 145 environment. You’ll balance resources, schedules and safety requirements to keep aircraft on time and productive.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, stores and operations, using Excel and Word to maintain accurate plans and documentation. This full-time role offers hybrid working and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in effective maintenance planning and balancing resources with changing needs.
• Strong written and spoken communication and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review scheduled work packages daily and coordinate the personnel needed to complete them.
• Keep the plan realistic, monitor progress and ensure maintenance is carried out as scheduled.
• Ensure the right tooling and equipment are available and coordinate with Stores for parts readiness.
• Monitor unscheduled maintenance and adapt the plan when priorities change.
• Maintain accurate technical logs, work packages and supporting paperwork; identify improvements.
