Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Production Planner in Luton to plan daily workload and scheduled maintenance within the Part 145 framework. The role operates on a 12-hour day shift in a 4 on, 4 off pattern, with hybrid working and 60% office presence per month.

You will balance resources, schedule work, and ensure availability of tooling and parts while maintaining safety, compliance and productivity. The role offers a competitive base salary, a 15% bonus potential and staff travel benefits.

Responsibilities

• Review scheduled work packages daily and coordinate the people needed to complete them successfully.
• Keep the plan realistic, monitor progress and ensure maintenance is carried out as scheduled.
• Ensure the right tooling and equipment are available and coordinate with Stores so parts and materials are ready.
• Monitor unscheduled maintenance and adapt the plan when priorities change.
• Maintain technical logs, work packages and paperwork, and drive improvements within the department.
