Job summary

Flexjet Europe in Farnborough is recruiting a Part-145 Maintenance Planner to support airworthiness and maintenance planning for a premium fleet. You will coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, manage work packs, and ensure documentation is complete for on-time aircraft release.

You will develop input plans, allocate resources, monitor progress and liaise with customers, CAMOs, and vendors to minimise downtime and optimise availability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance planning within a Part-145 environment.
• Strong knowledge of EASA/UK CAA Part-145 regulations and airworthiness requirements.
• Experience using MRO/ERP systems such as CAMP, Traxxall, AMOS, Rusada or Quantum.
• Excellent organizational, scheduling and multi-input management capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities in line with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance input plans including manpower, tooling and materials.
• Create, review and manage maintenance work packs prior to aircraft arrival and release.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and adjust plans to maximise aircraft availability.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams with regular updates.
• Coordinate third-party suppliers and subcontracted maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate planning records, schedules and supporting documentation.
• Support reporting, KPI tracking and continuous improvement in planning efficiency.
