Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a proactive and highly organised Part-145 Maintenance Planner to be based at our Farnborough headquarters, supporting maintenance and airworthiness of our private aviation fleet and upholding the exceptional reliability, safety, and service that define the Flexjet experience.

You will plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, develop input plans, create and review work packs, monitor progress, and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance planning or production planning within Part-145.
• Strong knowledge of EASA and/or UK CAA Part-145 regulations and airworthiness requirements.
• Experience using MRO/ERP systems for maintenance planning (e.g., CAMP, Traxxall, AMOS, Rusada, Quantum).
• Excellent organisational, scheduling and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance input plans and ensure resources are available.
• Create, review and manage maintenance work packs prior to aircraft arrival and release.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and adjust plans to minimise downtime.
• Act as primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders with regular updates.
• Coordinate third-party suppliers and subcontracted services to meet requirements.
• Maintain planning records, schedules and documentation in company systems.
• Support KPI tracking, maintenance costing and continuous improvement initiatives.
