Job summary

easyJet holidays is seeking a Production Planner based in Luton. You will translate maintenance plans into practical daily work, coordinating people, tooling and paperwork to keep aircraft on schedule.

In a 4 on/4 off 12-hour shift pattern with hybrid office attendance, you’ll partner with Engineering and Maintenance to balance workload, resources and safety, while driving continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

• You’ll bring demonstrable experience of effective maintenance planning and the ability to balance workload and resources.
• You’ll communicate clearly with colleagues and manage stakeholders with confidence.
• You’ll be adaptable, motivated and committed to continuous improvement, with strong written skills.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; AMOS knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• You’ll review daily work packages and coordinate people to complete them.
• You’ll ensure tools and equipment are available and parts ready with Stores.
• You’ll monitor unscheduled maintenance and adapt plans as priorities change.
• You’ll maintain compliance and improve planning processes.
