Placements24 is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our Randburg operations, driving efficiency, quality, and safety across a large team. The role combines on-site leadership with remote planning, contributing to strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in production leadership, expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, and a strong track record of managing budgets and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in production management or senior manufacturing leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale production operations and diverse teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing production budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily production activities in line with schedules, quality, and safety.
• Mentor and develop a diverse team of supervisors, line leaders, and operators.
• Develop strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
