VodafoneThree is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our hybrid London team. You will own the product backlog, translate business needs into clear user stories, and collaborate with UX, design, and engineering to deliver customer-focused features.

You’ll engage with stakeholders, facilitate requirements sessions, and act as the voice of the customer to ensure measurable business impact and a high-quality user experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a digital environment ideally with experience in mobile apps, care and/ or shop platforms.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories and features.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog with clear prioritisation and acceptance criteria.
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements; translate them into user stories.
• Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders to define solutions.
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure value and usability.
