Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in a digital environment.
• Experience with mobile apps, care or shop platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Work with UX designers to translate user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising features and stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities.
• Ensure delivered features provide a quality user experience and business value.
• Support Scrum teams with context and necessary information for delivery.
