VodafoneThree is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our hybrid London team. You will own the product backlog, translate business needs into clear user stories, and collaborate with UX, design, and engineering to deliver customer-focused features.

You’ll engage with stakeholders, facilitate requirements sessions, and act as the voice of the customer to ensure measurable business impact and a high-quality user experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a digital environment ideally with experience in mobile apps, care and/ or shop platforms.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories and features.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Location: The Speechmark, London + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do

• User Experience Advocacy: Work with UX designers, using user research and data to inform user stories, personas, and journey maps, ensuring solutions truly meet user needs
• Feature Definition and User Story Creation: Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements; translate them into clear, prioritised features and comprehensive user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
• Product impact: Understand impacts to any products and processes that need to be raised improved or accepted
• Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog, making sure all features and stories are up-to-date, well-articulated, and reflect stakeholder input and evolving priorities
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage proactively with business stakeholders to understand pain points, goals, and opportunities. Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to capture needs and define solutions
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring features deliver a high-quality user experience and meet business needs

Who You Are

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a digital environment ideally with experience in mobile apps, care and/ or shop platforms
• Proven ability to understand business requirements and write them into clear, actionable user stories and features
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements across business KPIs with proficiency in data analysis and using insights to inform product decisions & prioritise based on value and customer impact
• Understanding and practical use of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and tools (e.g. ADO) with a focus on iterative delivery and continuous feedback
• A keen eye for user experience & technical acumen
• Collaborative Mindset: Experience working closely with Scrum teams, supporting developers with the information and context they need to deliver high-quality solutions
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail
