Vodafone UK is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to shape digital products and enhance customer experiences. Join a hybrid London team, collaborating with UX, engineering and marketing to turn business needs into clear user stories.

You should bring strong Agile experience, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering measurable business improvements. The hybrid pattern allows office and home working, with 2–3 days in the office weekly.

Qualificações

• Experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in a digital environment.
• Experience with mobile apps, care or shop platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).

From the way we interact with our customers, to how we communicate in our campaigns and create data-driven propositions, this is where some of our best ideas are brought to life.What you'll doUser Experience Advocacy: Work with UX designers, using user research and data to inform user stories, personas, and journey maps, ensuring solutions truly meet user needs.Feature Definition and User Story Creation: Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements; translate them into clear, prioritised features and comprehensive user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.Product impact: Understand impacts to any products and processes that need to be raised improved or acceptedBacklog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog, making sure all features and stories are up-to-date, well-articulated, and reflect stakeholder input and evolving priorities.Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage proactively with business stakeholders to understand pain points, goals, and opportunities.
