Job summary

Detego Global is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Customer & Market to join our growing team. This customer-facing role focuses on understanding user needs and translating them into compelling product strategies that drive value across the business.

The role partners with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success and requires strong communication to gather insights from end users and prospects, while working with engineering to keep customer value at the centre of decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a product management role delivering customer-valued outcomes.
• Able to gather, synthesise and act on customer insights.
• Experience with customers, prospects or partners including in commercial or pre-sales settings.
• Ability to develop and communicate product strategy and positioning.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer workflows, pain points and goals through interviews and feedback.
• Be the voice of the customer to drive prioritisation and roadmap decisions.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and prospects as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on positioning and GTM strategies.
• Translate insights into product requirements and user stories; own the roadmap.
• Support product launches with planning, enablement and training.
