Thinkproject is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager in Reading to own the marketing for a product area. You will craft positioning, messaging and GTM strategies, interfacing with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive value and growth across markets.

You will partner with Product Management on roadmaps and packaging, and develop high-impact enablement tools for sales and success teams, leveraging data and AI where appropriate.

Competenze

• 6+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS or complex tech.
• Strong track record in positioning, messaging and launches.
• Ability to translate complex products into clear propositions.
• Experience partnering with Product Management and influencing roadmaps.
• Strong commercial judgement shaping demand, adoption and revenue.
• Experience building buyer insights, market analysis and competitive intel.
• Collaborates effectively with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Gen, Content and Brand.
• Excellent English writing, speaking and presentation skills.
• Able to influence senior stakeholders and align without authority.
• Proactive, prioritised delivery in a fast-moving international org.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
