Job summary

Optimove is seeking a talented ProdOps and Support Engineer who will monitor and support our production environment, act as a primary contact for customer integrations, and troubleshoot ETL processes. You will perform data QA across Snowflake, MsSQL and BigQuery, manage configurations, and build scalable, robust workflows.

Qualifications

• SaaS B2B experience preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and data analysis experience.
• Experience with ETL processes and data QA.
• Proactive problem-solver with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and support production environment.
• Handle data and application-oriented integration requests from customers.
• Investigate and debug ETL processes.
• Conduct data QA and analysis (Snowflake, MsSQL, BigQuery).
• Perform configuration management and build scalable processes.
• Communicate with customers to resolve technical issues.
