Job summary

Optimove is seeking a data-driven ProdOps and Support Engineer to monitor production, handle integrations, and troubleshoot ETL/data workflows in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Based in the Dundee office with hybrid work (two days on-site), you will collaborate with customers and internal teams, learn new technologies quickly, and translate complex technical issues into clear solutions.

• Experience with monitoring tools: DataDog, Kibana, Elastic.
• Understanding of DNS, HTTP, and ports.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and data-driven ProdOps and Support Engineer – an energetic self-starter and problem-solver with outstanding technical skills, and interested in growing and learning from the best.

• Strong attention to details and ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK – we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time
• This is a Hybrid role, and you will be required in our Dundee office two days per week.
• Experience working with enterprise-grade customers.
• Experience debugging issues in web applications – logs, networking, etc.
• Experience with monitoring tools (DataDog, Kibana, Elastic).
• Understanding of networking terminologies and functionality such as DNS, http, ports etc...
