Job summary

Optimove is seeking a talented ProdOps and Support Engineer who will monitor and support our production environment, act as a primary contact for customer integrations, and troubleshoot ETL processes. You will perform data QA across Snowflake, MsSQL and BigQuery, manage configurations, and build scalable, robust workflows.

Strong communication and a fast-learning mindset are essential. This hybrid role requires presence in Tallinn three days per week, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• SaaS B2B experience preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and data-driven ProdOps and Support Engineer – an energetic self-starter and problem-solver with outstanding technical skills, and interested in growing and learning from the best.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and support Optimove's production environment.
• A key person for integration projects and requests from customers (data and application-oriented).
• Investigate and debug ETL processes.
• Conduct data QA and analysis (Snowflake, MsSQL, BigQuery).
• Perform configuration management.
• Create robust and scalable processes.
• Communicate directly with customers to solve technical issues.

Requirements

• Outstanding technical skills.
• Experience in SaaS B2B.
• Experience with SQL.
• Fast learner looking to be exposed to, and to work with, new technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with self-learning and problem-solving abilities.
• Agile, highly motivated, exceptional work ethics, ambitious, a super-multitasker and with a sense of responsibility to follow through on tasks.
• You should be able to talk about technology, even with non-technical people in a clear and coherent way.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-pasted environment, and come up with creative ideas for improvements.
• Strong attention to details and ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise-grade customers.
• Experience debugging issues in web applications – logs, networking, etc.
• Experience with monitoring tools (DataDog, Kibana, Elastic).
• Understanding of networking terminologies and functionality such as DNS, http, ports etc...

This is a Hybrid role, and you will be required in our Tallinn office three days per week.
