MS Amlin Corporate Services Limited in London is seeking a highly organised Portfolio Delivery Manager to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of business and technology initiatives.

The role sits in Change Delivery & Governance, partnering with Head of Delivery & Project Governance to remove blockers and keep initiatives on track. Hybrid work, 2 days in London, and a 6-month fixed term contract frame the opportunity for delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, Portfolio Delivery or Change Delivery.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to the Head of Delivery & Project Governance to execute initiatives and portfolio objectives.
• Work with Project Managers, Product Owners and Delivery Leads to drive progress.
• Support resolution of delivery issues, dependencies, risks and resource challenges.
• Act as first point of contact for guidance, support or escalation.
• Coordinate actions across business, technology and third-party teams to maintain momentum.
• Follow up on deliverables, decisions and commitments to stay on track.
• Assist demand assessments, estimates, planning and onboarding of new initiatives.
• Prepare project updates and portfolio reporting for executives.
• Identify delivery risks early and drive actions to mitigate them.
• Support delivery reviews, health checks and continuous improvement.
