Job summary

Poloworks in Bishop's Cleeve, England, is seeking an organised PMO support professional to join a growing PMO function within a regulated financial services environment, to onboard new insurance syndicates and then run ongoing PMO activities.

The role focuses on maintaining trackers, data quality, governance coordination and onboarding, with hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a PMO, Project Support, or similar role.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, PivotTables and data validation.
• Good understanding of PMO processes: reporting, Governance, RAID, action tracking.
• Experience analysing project trackers and producing management information reports.
• Experience using SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
• Ability to identify trends and flag data quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain syndicate trackers and reporting tool, collate updates and quality check data submissions to support accurate RAG status, milestone reporting, action tracking and weekly or monthly PMO reporting cycles.
• Act as a first point of contact for workstream data queries, chase updates ahead of deadlines and flag data gaps, inconsistencies, risks or issues.
• Support syndicate onboarding by maintaining folder structures, tracker templates, onboarding packs, PMO document libraries, ensuring documents are version controlled.
• Coordinate governance meetings by preparing agendas, distributing pre-reads, compiling meeting packs while providing syndicate or project coordination support when required.
• Supporting the PMO tool with Changes and admin activities that are assigned to you.
