Job summary

ISR RECRUITMENT LIMITED seeks a Head of PMO in Cornwall on a permanent basis. The role oversees the Project Management Office, delivering internal engineering and external customer projects, and formalising consistent project delivery processes.

The Head of PMO will lead the team, align projects with the organisational structure, and communicate progress to the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the programme meets strategic objectives in the renewables sector.

Qualifications

• Experience running a PMO and implementing project delivery processes.
• Experience delivering engineering and product development projects.
• Proven knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the PMO and delivery of the programme portfolio, ensuring schedules, resources, and finances are tracked.
• Distribute projects across the team and report progress to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Ensure the programme delivers the company’s strategic objectives.
