Qualifications

• Delivery-phase experience across complex property or infrastructure programmes.
• Strong management capability with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing safe, high-quality and compliant delivery.
• Shaping and implement effective PMO and Project Controls strategies.
• Managing project teams across cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting.
• Providing expert guidance on cost and schedule management.
• Driving compliance and supporting net-zero objectives.

Skills

Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent)
