North West Leicestershire District Council is seeking a Planning Technical Support Team Leader to lead and support the planning support and technical team within the Planning and Development Team. You will supervise and manage day-to-day work, help develop the team and ensure high-quality administrative and technical support, while driving improvements to systems and processes supporting digital changes.

The role requires a degree in town and country planning (or equivalent) and strong IT skills

Qualifikationen

• Degree (or equivalent) in town and country planning, or experience supervising a development management team.
• Strong IT skills to use digital tools and bespoke planning systems.
• Well-organised, able to manage workload and lead a team with confidence.
