Zuno is seeking a Planning Coordinator to join our Leeds office. You will coordinate emergency callouts and planned repairs, scheduling engineers to customer locations and ensuring clear communication throughout the process.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-focused mindset. You’ll work closely with engineers and management and may cover non-standard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and scheduling field engineers or technicians.
• Ability to prioritise urgent repair requests with safety in mind.
• Proven communication skills with customers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming callout requests via phone, email, or online systems.
• Prioritise emergency repair requests based on urgency and safety considerations.
• Schedule and dispatch qualified engineers to customer locations promptly.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers throughout the process.
• Record and update customer details, call logs and job statuses in the system.
• Liaise between customers, engineers and management for timely resolution.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Multitask under pressure with strong organisational skills.
• Remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours or on-call shifts.
