Job summary

King's College London is seeking a Placements Officer to support world‑leading student placements and partnership activities. You will deliver frontline help desk support to students on placements and staff, while developing expertise in the online practice learning system.

You will manage records across multiple systems, liaise with Faculty teams and Digital Technology to support the education platform, and contribute to professional staff development and training programs at the university.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree or equivalent is essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication with ability to draft documents.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Numeracy skills and the ability to analyse complex data.
• Proactive, independent work style with teamwork when needed.
• Customer service orientation and accountability.

Responsibilities
