Kingston College is seeking an Employability Coordinator to join the Employability team. You will build and manage external employer partnerships, oversee work placements and employability activities for full-time learners, and ensure learners gain meaningful industry experience while complying with safety policies.

Reporting to the Head of Employability, you will develop relationships with stakeholders, work under pressure to deadlines, and contribute to continuous improvement of placement

Qualifications

• Experience building employer links across industries.
• Experience coordinating work placements and employability activities.
• Awareness of health and safety policies and record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Build on external employer partnerships and develop new ones.
• Oversee monitoring and organisation of work placements and employability activities for full-time learners.
• Ensure learners gain meaningful work experience and record placements on college systems.
• Develop pro-active relationships with internal and external stakeholders and meet deadlines.
